This is a first for me but I went to a movie ALONE (that would be by myself). I went and saw “Twilight”. So great to see I wasn’t the only one going solo but the theater was packed. I was actually hesitant to see it because I liked the book so much and their Edward wasn’t at all what I pictured my Edward to be. But, by the end of the movie, he had grown on me. I can’t wait to see how they do the next one.
The afternoon was spent changing rooms around. We have had a hard time with the kids keeping their room clean so decided they needed a smaller space to keep clean. We moved our bedrooms around and made the large bedroom into a ‘bonus room’. I think it will be nice when we get everything put away and in its own place. The kids were excited about their new room. We love those kinds of changes! Something new but in the same atmosphere! We got a ‘new’ bed for Caleb from a friend who was getting rid of one and they all got new sheets that we had been saving to break out for awhile. It’s amazing what a difference little changes make.
Caleb and Chris spent the evening at Chevy’s with some others from our branch watching BYU lose miserably to Utah. The girls and I spent the evening enjoying my sister’s Ceaser steak recipe and a tween chick flick.
It was a full but satisfying day.
