This week the girls have taken turns tying their quilts. Emma got frustrated with how long it was taking her so she had me work towards her from the other side.
Hannah had me working the needle and she did the tying. Worked for me.
Emma’s binding was finished yesterday and Hannah’s was wrapped up today. So far, Emma has used hers to curl up to watch a movie and read some books.
I had to beg Hannah to unfold hers so I could take a picture of it. I think she likes how nice it looks folded up with the squares all lined up.
If I can get the girls to add one more thing to their quilts, I’d love for them to sew on a quilt tag. But I am really proud of them for sticking through with the project. It took them two weeks, but they did it and have beautiful quilts to show for it.
