Old Friends, New Friends

This was the weekend for catching up with family and friends, apparently.  One of my friends from high school days long ago was in England for work.  His family currently lives in Germany so they drove out to join him and tour parts of England.  Steve got in touch with me saying they were coming and they stopped in to have dinner with us Sunday night.

It has been at least 16 years since Steve and I have seen each other so it was great to catch up.  He has a beautiful family!  Sure wish they lived closer since the kids . . . and the rest of us . . . really hit it off.  Maybe we’ll just have to plan a road trip to Germany!

I know them!!! I had forgotten that you know them too! They were our friends and neighbors when we lived in Wymount. So much fun to see their faces again!
