These last 7 months serving in the Young Women program at church has been amazing! Our weekly mutual nights have been a great night to learn – I’m learning just as much as the girls and I’m loving it!
Last week we had a make-up and hair night. One of our girls is in beauty school right now and we had another ‘make-up artist’ who works with the rich and famous of London. It was a great night. I got my make-up done and was told I have good colors for my make-up. That’s always nice to hear. I never know what colors to choose, but apparently, I have chosen well. I asked for a subtle, ‘natural’ look and it looked great – just my speed!
Emma got the complete makeover – hair AND makeup! She came home with a strong desire to purchase her own curling iron!
Oh, and did I mention, Emma got contacts?! Can’t believe she’s growing up so fast!
