What we’ve been up to:
– Went into NYC to ‘play’ at the American Museum of Natural History. A few lessons learned that trip:
o Don’t go into the city to ‘play’ between Thanksgiving and New Years. It’s WAY too crowded!
o Don’t take a squirmy toddler into an IMAX theater. You may get kicked out during the first 15 minutes . . . or was it 10?!

– Worked on projects.
o Caleb and Chris worked on Caleb’s Pine Wood Derby car. They have a fine sports model in the works this year.

o Emma put together a raccoon from pompoms that she received in her stocking.

o I’m working on Cami’s stocking. Little by little . . .

– Put our Christmas things away.
o This is always a sad moment for me. When we put the decorations, ornaments, and tree away, our living room looks so bare.
But, we’ve enjoyed this holiday season as we’ve been able to spend more time as a family. We especially enjoyed having both our superheroes in the house at the same time for the majority of the time (read about this here).

We had a great end of our 2007 and are looking forward to 2008!
Well, we still have a few days yet before we take down our tree and put our ornaments away. But our floor does look empty after everyone put their gifts away.
I LOVE the pajamas
