When we went to Caleb’s meet last week Emma commented that one of the boys on his team looked REALLY familiar. A little while later she commented that she thought he had been in her acting camp last summer. Sure enough the name on the program matched up with what she remembered it to be! Then she told me his mom had actually been their singing coach for the camp. So we scouted around for her and sure enough she was there. After the meet Emma approached her; they had a sweet reunion and I was able to meet her. She then told us ‘Dear Edwina’ (the musical the kids did for camp) was playing off broadway and she was trying to get a group of the kids together to go. Perfect timing for their reunion!
Chris and Emma went into the city yesterday to attend the musical with the others. They had a great time . . . and Emma even got to meet the gal who played ‘Abigail’ – the same part Emma had played.
