Has anyone else been watching ‘Camp Rock’ since it came out on DVD last week? We received ours through Netflix and the kids won’t let me send it back. They have been inspired in different ways by watching it.
Caleb – when being warned with a possible ‘time-out’ said, “Dad, time-outs are SO last year!”
Emma – decided to write a song entitled ‘Clyde,’ which she dedicated “to my family for always being there for me.”
Clyde
I am supposed to be at the station where everything is cool.
But Clyde is there; I can’t go near.
So here I am where it is muddy, but Clyde, oh Clyde is there.
I’m supposed to go to Deli to meet my Grandmother Kelly,
But Clyde, oh Clyde is there.
Oh where it is muddy!
Oh where it’s gross!
But I can’t go because I have a Clyde to not go to!
I’m supposed to go to Deli to meet my Grandmother Kelly,
But Clyde, oh Clyde is there.
Oh, Grandmom, you’ll have to wait! Oh, Grandmom, I miss you so.
But Clyde is worse than the mud.
I’m supposed to go to Deli to meet my Grandmother Kelly,
But Clyde, oh Clyde is there.
Oh, Grandmom you’re here to save me from Clyde.
Clyde, Clyde, Clyde is here!
