April Fool’s Day

I will be honest – I do NOT like April Fool’s Day.  I guess I just don’t have the right sense of humor.  Growing up this was never a big ‘holiday’ at home either.  My first real experience with April Fool’s Day was really my freshman year of college when my roommate, Brooke, pulled many pranks.  It took me a couple pranks to realize why she would do things like that and not to get my feelings hurt . . . that it was actually April Fool’s Day.

Needless to say, we don’t do anything in our own home for April Fool’s Day . . . until this year.  Our kids felt they needed to pick up our slack . . some were funny, some not so much.  I don’t know how many times fishing these out of the toilet would be considered ‘funny’ – maybe just the first time.
