Introducing a new chapter in our lives . . . all four kids in school!

1st Day Smiles
Caleb was our last homeschooler, but we felt 8th grade would be a good transition year to prepare him for high school. So, off he went . . . a little begrudgingly. But, as are most of his life experiences, he tends to drag his feet at first but then loves it. Only time will tell.
Cami is in 3rd grade this year and is thrilled to have the same teachers move up from 2nd grade with them. Her main teacher this year will be Mrs. Harrison.
Hannah is in 6th grade; her second year in middle school. She is looking forward to being with her friends and playing sports.
Emma is diving into her sophomore year and excited about her class schedule. It will be a little bit different start for her as many of her friends moved over the summer. Such is the life in an international school full of expats, but it doesn’t make it any easier.
Everyone asks what I am going to do with myself now that all the kids are in school. Somehow my days seem to fill up. When I run out of things to do, I’m hoping to rediscover some long-lost hobbies – like reading, running, or crafting.
I am never alone though, as I now have a constant companion: Keira, our new poogle (poodle/beagle) puppy.

Lots of Cuddles
It is definitely a new chapter for all of us. This school year promises to be unlike any we’ve had before.
