We never did make it to the pumpkin patch this year. Instead we settled for grocery store pumpkins.

Prepping with a Pattern
But, we still enjoyed the carving to the utmost!

Caleb & Cami Carving
Hannah was able to carve her pumpkin (owl) at school for an art club, but Emma wasn’t too keen on the task. So, I dove in and enjoyed carving hers (minion)!

Lit Pumpkins
I have to admit that Halloween is not one of my favorite holidays, so it truly becomes whatever the kids make of it.

Cami’s Angel
Cami was going to be a girl-version of Robin Hood, but decided last minute to change her costume and be an angel. She had a pretty good supply of candy from our hour out.

Cami’s Stash
You have to remember that Halloween is still pretty new in England. We’ve been here for 3 Halloween’s so far and each year they get bigger and better.

Poodle Girl Hannah
Hannah chose to be a Poodle Girl and was able to use her costume over and over for a school party, a dress-up day at school, and Halloween. Ever the social butterfly, Hannah even helped organize her local friends and their moms to go around Trick-or-Treating together in our neighborhood.

Hannah’s Stash
Caleb seems to share a lot of my dislike for Halloween so he went to the gym for his normal training session while Emma manned the door for our own Trick-or Treating visitors!
