. . a grateful heart.” That was the main message of the Young Women’s lesson I taught on Sunday. I made each of the girls (and leaders) a Gratitude Journal and challenged them to write in it often – once a day, once a week, whenever – just do it consistently.
So, today, these are two things I am grateful for:

Cami happy in the dentist chair
What is not to like?! You wear cool shades and get to watch the TV on the ceiling! She was even a trooper when they had to drill into one of her teeth and seal it.

Caleb sleeping
This is something we’re always happy to see. If you could read the alarm clock, it’s well after 10:00 p.m.! With his gym schedule, he is in bed late, but what is amazing is that he requires so little sleep for all the physical work he does during the day! I always love to see him get some sleep. But, besides that, he was reading his scriptures – on his own accord! That does a parent’s heart good!
